AUTUMN FESTIVAL RECITALS INFORMATION:

Recital Times: 10:00 AM, 11:15 AM and 12:30 PM

Location & Parking: Westminster Presbyterian Church (1925 Boulevard Rd SE, Olympia WA). Note: Parking will be limited due to another event at the church, so please consider carpooling.

Registration Deadline: Noon on Sunday, November 1st (registration form will be linked above)

Fees: This recital is open to the students of all OMTA members free of charge; the cost is just $5 per student for non-OMTA teachers.

Instruments: Any instrument that you are teaching is welcome. There will be a microphone for vocal students.

Repertoire: Many students choose a piece related to autumn or Halloween, but any piece is welcome.

Scheduling: The first recital session will begin at 10:00 AM. However, the total number of recitals will be determined by how many students are registered for the event. We will do our best to schedule your students in the recital of your choosing. (Please fill in Time #1, Time #2, etc.) First come, first served — so try to get your entry in early!

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to indicate how many minutes each piece lasts – this is essential for planning how many students will perform in each recital.

Dress Code: Dressy/dressy casual. Alternatively, students may wear a tasteful costume that reflects their piece or the spirit of the season! Please note: Only non-gruesome, non-scary costumes are permitted.
